This is the first virtual fundraiser for Edgewater Health.  Your kind donations will help us to continue providing comprehensive primary and behavioral healthcare services for the most vulnerable individuals and families in Gary and Northwest Indiana.  Your donations are tax deductible and every dollar goes directly to supporting our operations, programs, and mission objectives.  You should be aware our virtual fundraiser premieres on Thursday, December 10, 2020 at 7pm, however, the event and charitable giving opportunities will remain active until January 31, 2021.

Integrated health Model One in 25 adults in the U.S. will experience a mental illness that interferes with or limits their daily activities. This can have a devastating impact on physical health. Though we believe the two are connected, we are happy to serve patients who need only primary care. We are also able to see patients for behavioral healthcare who may not need our primary care services or who may be receiving primary care from another provider.
